GFI MAX Hits an Exciting New Milestone

GFI Software, producer of GFI MAX, a company that provides support to IT companies worldwide, revealed on January 17 that it hit the 7,000 customer mark and that it now has a presence in 125 countries. The numbers show a whopping increase of 40 percent in the last 13 months, as this time last year, the company proudly celebrates its 5,000 customer milestone. GFI is confident that this growth rate shows no signs of slowing as it settles into 2013, and it anticipates further growth throughout the year.

General Manager of GFI, Alistair Forbes, felt extremely positive about reaching 7,000 customers, stating that it was “encouraging” to see increasing numbers of MSPs taking advantage of the company's services to help customers build their own business and profit from them.

Continuing customer growth is credited to new products such as remote desktop monitoring of OSX workstations and Linux servers, an upgraded feature set for their Managed Antivirus application, the Managed Online Backup service and the System Tray Application and Product Roadmap, which were all debuted during 2012. By presenting these new offerings to customers, GFI MAX feels it is keeping up with its unique customers' needs, and they intend to continue doing so in the New Year.

GFI MAX is a software suite from GFI that has been much lauded throughout tech magazines and blogs recently. The package provides support to IT firms and MSPs in the form of simple and effective services. It includes services such as managed hosted backup, remote monitoring and management, e-mail security and many other utilities that support the needs of enterprise technology.
