SingleHop Inc., a dedicated server and cloud hosting provider specializing in mobile administration tools, announced the launch of its new mobile app for iOS and Android (News - Alert) platforms.
In a release, Andy Pace, Chief Operating Officer at SingleHop remarked, “We know that when it comes to IT infrastructure, when things stop working the way they're supposed to, it’s usually at the most inopportune time. We wanted to give our customers complete control, whether they are in the middle of a meeting or the backseat of a cab.”
The new LEAP Mobile app will be delivering all the functionalities of the infrastructure management platform, LEAP3 in the smartphones of users. This initiative is in step with the company’s dedication to offer its customers real-time access to their infrastructure, enabling easy management at all times.
Also the app conforms to design requirements pertaining to a web-based version of LEAP. This offers users navigational capabilities even when they login for the first time. They will be able to access over 100 fully automated features, added officials.
The LEAP Mobile allows users to quickly manage infrastructure besides being able to easily deploy, restart, restore, reinstall, load balance, clone, suspend, manage and control all aspects of service. All users can manage servers, cloud instances, and private clouds. They will get to view and submit technical support tickets and also be able to access all current and past invoices.
According to Marc Bollinger, Senior Project Manager of the company, people spend very less time at their office desks nowadays and they have to manage daily tasks from their smartphones. In such cases this new app will serve all requirements.
Customers will be able to view and manage hardware on simply logging in with their LEAP credentials which match the Web-based version.
“In many ways, our LEAP platform is the cornerstone of our proprietary automation that is responsible for our success in the hosting industry. To now have that same platform available as a mobile app means our customers have more tools to efficiently run their businesses, and that is really what matters most,” added Pace.
SingleHop products are highly scalable and the on-demand infrastructure services serve end-user and reseller needs following monthly contracts. SingleHop provides hardware, server management customization and Infrastructure-as-a-Service all enhanced with optimum security and convenience features.
These solutions are preferred by enterprises besides serving the needs of customers who need automatic server deployment, remote management, and accessibility capabilities on different kinds of personal devices.
SingleHop announced recently the addition of more automated features for its Customer Bill of Rights, a new type of Service Level Agreement (SLA).
