TCN and Finance Express to Offer Cloud-based Communication Services to Automobile Finance Clients

TCN, Inc. recently announced that it will be collaborating with Finance Express to provide the automobile finance industry with comprehensive cloud-based communications services.  Finance Express is one of the leading experts on online services and web-based technology for the independent dealer market.

In a release, Jeff McCurry, VP of Development for Finance Express, said that, “The TCN service is a great addition to the FEXDMS platform. Having an integrated dialing solution can bring great efficiencies to our collection and lead solutions. This is another step in enabling our clients to utilize great technology within their core DMS.”

The partnership between both companies will provide dealers with the most technologically advanced virtual-call-center solutions without the need for leaving the FEX Buy Here Pay Here Software. The integration will benefit dealers in a number of ways. Dealers will not be required to hire technical staff to operate and handle the technology simply because the integration has been designed for easy call campaign set up and supports automated reporting of results.
